New DCTX App: What's Fixed, What's Coming
Here's what we're fixing in the new Dave Campbell's Texas Sports app, from following more teams and sign-in issues to missing data, restored features and where to find things.
What We're Fixing
- Following more than one team: We've heard you loud and clear, and we're working on a change so free users can follow more. We'll share an update as soon as it's live.
- Trouble signing in: Some subscriber accounts didn't carry over correctly. Email us at support@davecampbells.com with the email on your subscription and we'll restore your access.
- Favorite teams didn't carry over: Unfortunately, saved teams didn't move over from the old app. Search for each team and tap follow, and they'll show up under My Teams.
- Missing games and rankings or standings errors: Some games, standings and rankings didn't come through correctly in the move. We're auditing schedules and rankings now. If you spot something missing, let us know.
- Features we're bringing back: Point spreads and predictions, previous season records, rankings and Pick 'Ems in the app, and favoriting individual games are all on our list.
