Five-Star LB Cooper Witten Sold on OU’s Defensive Vision
Five-star Argyle Liberty Christian linebacker Cooper Witten details his commitment to Brent Venables and the Oklahoma Sooners.
Argyle Liberty Christian 2027 OLB Cooper Witten (6’2, 220) said he expects to be “ready to roll” within the next couple of weeks as he continues recovering from an ankle injury that cut his junior season short.
The Oklahoma commit did not compete at the Allen 7-on-7 State Qualifying Tournament, but still made his presence felt by stepping into a coaching role while helping guide his team to a 4-0 finish and a trip to the 7-on-7 State Tournament in College Station.
