4A Coverboy: Waco Connally CB Jamarion Vincent
Waco Connally's Jamarion Vincent is the No. 1-rated cornerback in the Dave Campbell's Texas Football Hot 100. He'll star as a cornerback for the Baylor Bears, but lines up on both sides of the ball for the Cadets.
