SOURCES: Scott Parr to be named Texas A&M-Kingsville head coach
Sources have confirmed Louisiana Tech Bulldogs offensive coordinator Scott Parr will be named the next head coach for the Texas A&M-Kingsville Javelinas.
Multiple sources have confirmed to Dave Campbell’s Texas Football that Scott Parr will soon be named head football coach at Texas A&M-Kingsville. Parr spent the previous three seasons as co-offensive coordinator and tight ends coach at Louisiana Tech, where he led a Bulldog offense that averaged 25.7 points per game during his tenure. During Parr's 26 years coaching football, his offenses have finished among the top 5 in the country seven times and have been among the top 10 passing teams 10 times.
