The last two years, Edna has had the run of Region IV and the Cowboys again are among the favorites, but the competition inside of the regional race should be much better as heading into 2024 Region IV appears to have a bit more depth.
Randolph, fresh off a 10-2 campaign has their sights on playing past Thanksgiving weekend and beyond in 2024 and with some exceptional skill talent returning, there’s a good chance the Ro-Hawks get that done, but they’ll need to replace some good talent in the trenches. Llano battled the injury bug and youth last year, expect the ‘Jackets to make a playoff return, while Luling could be the surprise team of the district in 2024.
