SOURCES: Former UTSA coach to be head coach at Texas Wesleyan
Multiple sources confirmed that former UTSA coach Brad Sherrod will be named the next head coach at Texas Wesleyan. Sherrod began coaching in 1995 and previously spent three seasons at Sam Houston.
Multiple sources have confirmed to Dave Campbell’s Texas Football that former UTSA coach Brad Sherrod will be named the next head coach at Texas Wesleyan. An official announcement is expected soon.
Sherrod spent the last three seasons serving as linebackers coach at UTSA under Jeff Traylor. Before joining the Roadrunners, Sherrod served as safeties coach at Tennessee State in 2020 after three seasons coaching outside linebackers at Wake Forest.
