Sources: Texas A&M QB Conner Weigman could be out for season
Texas A&M quarterback Conner Weigman could be out longer than expected due to a lower leg injury. What's this mean for Jimbo Fisher and the Aggies?

Sources confirmed to Dave Campbell’s late Tuesday night that Texas A&M quarterback Conner Weigman could miss much more time than the 2-to-4 weeks originally announced after suffering a lower leg injury in the win over Auburn. Weigman was 8 of 14 for 70 yards before the injury occurred late in the second quarter.
The sophomore from Cypress Bridgeland had his first X-Rays come back negative, which led to hope of a short return. Instead, more tests after swelling decreased revealed further damage, a source told DCTF. Weigman had thrown for 979 yards and eight touchdowns to just two interceptions in 2023. He’s thrown 16 touchdowns compared to two interceptions in nine games as a collegiate.
