Hurst Bell: The Blue Raiders are poised to break through and push towards the playoffs as Bell will be led by a ferocious defense that brings back eight starters from a squad that finished 6-4 and just barely missed out on the playoffs in 2022. If Bell’s young offense can find their footing they’ll be a playoff team in 2023.
