REGIONAL OUTLOOK

China Spring moved up to Division I a year ago and took care of business with a second straight state title. The Cougars dominated Region II along the way by winning their four regional playoff matchups by an average of over 37 points per game. Region II is always tough and the Cougars were hit hard by graduation, so does the door open for a new champion in 2023?
