Texas A&M-Commerce will meet the coach that led the program to a national title next season. SFA is set to name defensive coordinator, ACU announces three open scrimmages, schedule news for UTPB and West Texas A&M, and Austin College and McMurry complete coaching staffs.
Southland Conference
The Lions announced the addition of two coaches to Clint Dolezel’s staff. Nick Louvier will coach the running backs after spending last year in the same role at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Jarrett Boykin Jr. will coach the wide receivers at A&M-Commerce. A former Virginia Tech standout with NFL playing experience, Boykin was receivers coach last year at Murray State.
