UMHB searching for women’s head coach

Mary Hardin-Baylor has posted its women’s basketball head coaching position on the university job board, Dave Campbell’s Texas Basketball learned on Wednesday. The future of interim head coach Kendra Foreman is uncertain at this time.

Foreman took over as interim head coach on Jan. 24 after former head coach Mark Morefield was relieved of his coaching duties. The Crusaders finished 19-8 and were eliminated in the American Southwest Conference semifinals by East Texas Baptist. UMHB was 6-4 under Foreman and had a four-game winning streak, including a home win over UT Dallas.
