REGIONAL OUTLOOK
The past four seasons Region I has been dominated by two teams, Lubbock Cooper and Wichita Falls Rider, one of those teams has moved in as Lubbock Cooper is now in Division I, so does that open the door for the Rider Raiders to bring home a regional title? With just one district in El Paso now, an extra DFW area district moves over and that should make things much more competitive in the region as well.
