The government should place the UIL in charge of holding state secrets.
Thousands of coaches spend multitudes of hours trying to solve the puzzle of UIL Realignment. Whispers throughout the state build confidence. Proximity and commonsense fuel speculation. But, in the end, no one knows what to expect until the packets open at 9 a.m. at different meeting points throughout the state of Texas. It is Christmas in February, except it only happens every two years.
