UTEP closing in on two coordinator hires
The UTEP Miners have reportedly targeted former Power Five assistants Dave Warner and Bradley Dale Peveto as their new coordinators.
UTEP football has named former Michigan State assistant Dave Warner as its new offensive coordinator.
Warner coached at Michigan State for 13 years, serving as either offensive coordinator or quarterbacks coach for all of them. He helped develop Brian Hoyer, Kirk Cousins and Connor Cook into NFL quarterbacks and was OC as Michigan State posted three consecutive top-six finishes between 2013 and 2015.
