Texas Signs a True Longhorn in New Caney OLB Derrick Harris Jr.
Derrick Harris Jr. is all Texas. The talented TexasFootball.com Hot 100 member signed with the Longhorns on Wednesday morning and is excited to be a part of the program that has big plans for him to be the next Joseph Ossai in the defensive scheme.
This past weekend University of Texas athletic director Chris Del Conte released a statement regarding Tom Herman's position with the football program.
It appears for now that Herman's job is safe, which means that the coaching staff in Austin still has goals to accomplish on the Forty Acres.
