Preseason MVP: Andrew Jones might not be a starter, but he may very well be Texas’ most impactful offensive presence. His dynamic scoring ability should be the difference in a few wins.
The Ceiling: Texas will feature as much talent, depth and experience as the program has enjoyed under Shaka Smart. If that formula leads to a few wins over the Big 12’s heavy hitters, a confident Longhorns squad should be a Sweet 16-caliber team that nobody will volunteer to see in March.
