East Bernard has taken home the regional title the last two years, but a three-peat won’t be easy with talented Franklin lurking in 13-3A Division II along with a dangerous George West squad down in 15-3A Division II. It’ll be a tough task for a three-peat in what looks to be a much-improved Region IV race.
