McMurry's youth movement is paying off
Brittany Densman-Roes' team has been led by a talented freshmen class and two seniors
Benjamin Disraeli once said, “Almost everything that is great has been done by youth.” While Disraeli was most likely not talking about basketball, a youth movement at McMurry has led its women’s basketball team to its best start since 2011-2012.
The War Hawks are currently 5-1 thanks to a roster that features 15 new players with 14 of those players being freshmen.
