ISO Spotlight: What's Up With The Longhorns?

On Monday, something happened that hadn't happened in awhile, Texas dropped out of the Top 25 in the AP Poll for the first time in 77 weeks. An early loss to South Florida wasn't enough to drop the Longhorns out, but coupling that with this weekend's loss to Arizona was.

Texas is currently 1-2 on the year. The Horns had a 64-57 loss to South Florida, an 84-53 win over UTSA, followed by Sunday's 83-58 loss to Arizona. That last one is the real killer, as the Horns just got run out of the gym at home. They let Arizona guard Aari McDonald score 44 points on 14-for-18 shooting and 14-for-14 shooting from the free throw line.
