Unconvincing games from the Longhorns and a winless open to the season for the Roadrunners makes this weekend all the more interesting

Friday
WBB: UT-Arlington (1-0) at North Texas (1-1) at 7 p.m. on C-USA TV
This one is pretty easy to summarize, it’s UTA’s Katie Ferrell vs North Texas’ Anisha George. Ferrell is a potential triple double with her passing and rebounding ability while Anisha George has put up 18 points, 12 rebounds and 19 points, 26 rebounds in UNT’s two games so far this season. The Mean Green’s loss to Mid-American Christian after a rough 3-point shooting night is still a headscratcher and tonight is an opportunity to right the ship.
