It might have been against one-win UTEP, but the Mean Green signal-caller exploded for a career-high seven touchdowns to go along with 332 yards through the air in a 52-26 victory. Fine’s totals moved him into the top 50 of all-time touchdown passers and top 40 of passing yardage leaders.
