2019-20 Houston Women's Basketball Preview

Houston is making gains – and 3-pointers – under Ronald Hughey. The Lady Cougars have played in postseason two straight years, and last season’s nine American Athletic Conference wins is the most in the program since Hughey took over the head coaching job prior to the 2014-15 season.

“We’re getting the program up to the point of respectability,” Hughey said. “We’re trying to mimic what the guys did last year, and give us a good run.”
