UTEP quarterback Kai Locksley reinstated to football team

UTEP quarterback Kai Locksley has been reinstated to the football team, according to a statement from the athletic department.

Locksley was suspended indefinitely from team activities in June after being suspended on multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of a firearm, marijuana possesion and making terroristic threats. Dimel said previously that he would wait to see how the legal process played out before making any final decisions, and that seems to have held true.
