TCU QB Matthew Baldwin's transfer waiver denied by NCAA
The NCAA's decision leaves five quarterbacks still standing in the TCU quarterback race.
TCU quarterback Matthew Baldwin has been denied a waiver for immediately eligibility after transferring from Ohio State this offseason, according to sources close to the program.
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s Drew Davison first reported the news. The university is expected to appeal the decision to the NCAA. Baldwin arrived on campus during the summer, and could significant portions of fall camp while dealing with an injury.
