Parr, who rates as one of the top offensive linemen in the state, has picked up a lot of recruiting attention. National offers have rolled in from schools like Arizona, Arkansas, LSU, Michigan, and Oklahoma, and in-state he has secured TCU, Texas and Texas Tech.
