UTEP football: Miners using off week to get healthy, make progress

At a winless (0-6) record and coming off their closest loss yet, a heartbreaking 27-24 finish against North Texas, the Miners have used this week to regroup, get healthy and focus on the second half of their schedule. But before the Miners look toward LA Tech on Oct. 20, the Miners have to try and fix some recurring issues and fine tune what they have already.
