UTEP football: Miners work through adversity, prepare for talent-heavy UNT
The Miners are searching to end a 17-game losing streak on Homecoming.
EL PASO -- Homecoming week is here for the UTEP football team, but spirits are not as high as they should be for the program’s celebratory week.
Coming in with a winless (0-5) record, the Miners are seeking any sort of hope to cling onto in order to snap their 17-game losing streak. Moreover, UTEP has lost three straight homecoming games over the past three years.
