Teams to watch: Giddings
Not every team can start the season ranked in the Top 10, but plenty of them find a way to rise up the rankings. Our weekly series focuses on teams on the rise around the state.
After knocking off Rockdale, the defending Class 3A Division I state champion, in the season opener, Giddings made a statement last Friday night with a blowout win over Wimberley to improve to 2-0 with a pair of quality victories right out of the gate.
