Baylor-UTSA recap: Bears put Roadrunners away early, avenge 2017 loss
Charlie Brewer had a tremendous game in his first shot against the Roadrunners.
Baylor football didn’t look great, but still managed to scrap together an easy 37-20 victory over UTSA in San Antonio on Saturday night.
With the win, Baylor coach Matt Rhule led the Bears to a 2-0 start. Remember, the Bears mustered just one total win last season, including a 17-10 loss to the Roadrunners in Waco. Even though it was ugly, it’s still a 2-0 start and first winning streak of the Rhule era.
