Report: Texas A&M names Kellen Mond starting quarterback
Texas features some of the best players in the nation, but here's a look at who will be relied on the most.
Texas A&M sophomore Kellen Mond will start at quarterback in Week 1 of the Jimbo Fisher era against Northwestern State, according to a report from GigEm247.
Mond competed for the starting job with fellow sophomore Nick Starkel. The pair also fought for the job last season, but Starkel won the starting job in 2017.
