NCAA Recap: Week 3

Jimmy Isbell recaps the college action across the Lone Star State.

The most anticipated game in college football came to an end Saturday afternoon in favor of Alabama, but you have to give the Aggies’ offensive effort some recognition for their heads-up attitude after trailing 42-21 heading into the fourth quarter. Johnny Manziel made a few costly turnovers, including an interception returned for a touchdown by safety Vinnie Senseri, but it’s hard to blame the Aggie’s offense. Alabama QB AJ McCarron’s offense racked up 568 total yards, extending their drives keeping Manziel off the field just enough for Alabama to conquer the A&M at Kyle Field.
