Districts of doom

Which 5A and 4A districts will be toughest in 2013?

We all want to grow up on the “mean streets”, to have a toughness about us that comes from where we grew up. It’s why so many rappers proclaim themselves to be from Brooklyn or Compton or another generally recognized “hard” city, why people always like to say that they’re from the “school of hard knocks” and why we as humans like to hearken back to our childhood and perhaps embellish it to make it seem “tougher.”
