Though there isn't really one central theme to this weekend's slate of small-school games, I can tell you that there were a lot of good ones, especially in the 3A and six-man ranks. The winner for the week? The thriller between Fort Davis and Midland Trinity, which only ended up being the second-highest scoring game in state history.
