I think we've all reached the same conclusion by now — Week 3 and 4 are not exactly blow-your-socks off weeks in the 5A and 4A ranks, as numerous big-time schools are taking their byes to start preparing for district play. By my last count, 89 5A teams (out of a possible 245) are off this week, including double-digits in the 5A Top 25 rankings. But that doesn't mean there aren't still some good games left to digest; this is actually the perfect time to read up on some of the best teams you haven't heard about yet. From Colleyville Heritage to San Antonio Lee, it's time to pull out your notepad and expand your horizons ... because after all, if you go by recent history, there's a good chance one of these unranked 5A squads could end up raising a title banner.
