If there is one area of Texas high school football that I had to identify my knowledge as relatively lacking, it would be six-man football. I've never been to a six-man game, and while I was familiar with the tenants of the game -- the 45-point mercy rule, the unusual receiver eligibilty rules, the general defensive schemes -- I'd be lying if I said I was an expert.
