It took nearly three months to do it, but the Katy Tigers have finally done what once looked impossible: They've caught No. 1 Euless Trinity. Weeks ago, the Trojans were in the midst of a run so dominant that it looked impossible that anyone could leapfrog them. But Katy's destruction of top-ten Cinco Ranch this weekend (combined with its early-season win over North Shore) gives the Tigers the ammo to claim the spot. The best part? We could see the two meet in the 5A Di title game. Hallelujah!
