While the state's largest classification went according to plan this past weekend, Class 4A got a bit wacky. Hendrickson rang up 500 rushing yards in what was supposed to be a toss-up game. Birdville won by scoring just 24 points. Highland Park erupted for a best-in-show performance. And Port Neches-Groves let another wide margin dwindle late.
