Irving Nimitz

OU

Notes: Big-time hitter. Really runs the alley to support off-tackle. Physical enough to play LB, fast enough to cover deep. Definitely a guy coaches have to gameplan for. Opposing receivers are aware of his presence on crossing routes. Had seven picks as a junior and won the Nimitz "big hit award" in 75 percent of his games.
