One of the foremost evaluators of Texas high school football talent, Rodgers became a contributor to Dave Campbell's Texas Football magazine in 2001 to author its coveted 'Blue Chips Section,' which includes annual 'Super Team' squads, 'Texas Top 300' and 'Top Underclassmen' lists.
