In the first of a lengthy series of articles throughout the spring talking to coaches, players and icons in the Texas football community, Texasfootball.com starts with the latest addition to Dave Campbell's Texas Football, managing editor Jake Shaw.
The 26-year old Shaw was hired in February by Host Communications Inc., the parent company of Dave Campbell's Texas Football. Shaw becomes the first managing editor for Dave Campbell's Texas Football magazine since David Barron, who began his tenure in 1990. Barron followed Hollis Biddle (1960-83) and Phillip Tate (1984-89).
