The North Texas Football Coaches Association is organizing a golf tournament to benefit Canton coach Gary Joe Kinne, who was shot this past April while working in his field house at the 3A East Texas high school.
The NTFCA's golf benefit for Coach Kinne will be held at 9 AM on July 25 at scenic Canyon Lake Golf Course north of San Antonio, in conjunction with the Texas High School Coaches Association's annual convention, July 24-27 in the Alamo City.
