The Texas high school football community is mourning the loss of a Central Texas high school football player, who died Tuesday afternoon during an off-season workout.
Ernest Alexander, a 16-year old at Killeen High School, was pronounced dead Tuesday afternoon by Justice of the Peace Garland K. Potvin at Darnall Army Community Hospital on Fort Hood.
