Katy running back James Aston, one of the state's most heralded football prospects from the Class of 2005 still without a scholarship, has decided on Ohio State and the Big 10.
The 5-9, 210-pound Aston, who will attend Ohio State on a partial wrestling scholarship, is expected to walk-on to the Buckeyes football team this fall. If Aston plays one down on the football field, Ohio State would be forced to pledge one of its 85 football scholarship to him, per NCAA rules regarding two-sport student-athletes.
