A 1992 graduate of Texas Tech, Wood is in a long line of coaches to pass through historic Brownwood. A native of Vega, Wood also coached as an assistant at Roby and Stratford and has been a head coach for the past six seasons (Rotan and Sunray), compiling an impressive mark of 55-17.
