For the second time in as many years, Texas and California high schools will oppose each other on the football field during the regular season.
Midland Lee will host Clovis (Calif.) East HS on September 30 at Grande Communications Stadium. Last September, Midland Lee played host to Arvada (Colo.) Pomona, but Pomona opted in January against returning to West Texas for a second consecutive year.
