And then there was one. We’re one week away from the start of the 2005 7-on-7 State Championship, with the final two spots in the 64-team field at stake on Saturday with the final State Qualifying Tournament at Arlington Lamar.
At each of the previous 31, 16-team SQTs held across the Lone Star State since May, the top two finalists gained an automatic bid to the 64-team 7-on-7 State Championship in College Station. Through last weekend, 62 of the 64 slots have been determined (see comprehensive list below).
