Just like his father, G.J. Kinne turned the start of a tragic season into one of the more memorable years in Texas high school football history.
Kinne, the junior QB of Canton, was named the Class 3A Offensive Player of the Year on the Collin Street Bakery/TSWA All-State team released Thursday.
