These teams have met the past two seasons, and though Mart entered each as the favorite (partly because of Mart being a 2A school), Chilton has certainly held its own. In 2006, Chilton barely lost, 19-13. Both teams that year eventually went on to win Division II state titles, Chilton in 1A and Mart in 2A.
